MBC Social Ride SUNDOWNER
The next KMBC Social Ride will be held this Sunday 8 September

Meet at the Camel Farm Oasis Café Conference room (downstairs) around 2.00pm.
The Ride will start at 2.30pm, finishing around 5.00pm.

Depending upon number of riders, the following options are available:
BEGINNERS GROUP: Suitable for novice riders.
Green / Blue Trail ride 6-10km with plenty of stops & advice.
INTERMEDIATE GROUP: Moderate level of fitness required. Green / Blue Trail ride 20-25km with regroup stops.
ADVANCED GROUP: High level of fitness/ability required.
Blue / Black Trail ride 30-35km with regroup stops.
Please note all riders must have as a minimum:
Suitable helmet, Shoes, Gloves, Eye protection, Suitable hydration. Mountain Bike in good working order.
In addition, knee and elbow guards are recommended.
Minimum age limit: 14 years
The KMBC will be putting on PIZZA from Embers Woodfired, and soft drinks after the ride for a small donation. BYO alcohol.
