Whether you’re a social rider or competitive racer, we’d love to have you as part of our community. We have members from all walks of life — KMBC is a diverse network rich in culture, beliefs, and careers. It’s why we’re a ‘collective’.

We’re constantly improving existing trails and coordinating future ones. With your help, we can continue to develop and expand our world-class facilities.

What to expect

Get ready for authentic connections and exciting experiences.

Meet like-minded riders with a passion for mountain biking and join a social circle that feels like family. When you become a member, you’re not only encouraged to use our trails, but to contribute your unique skills to better our organisation and propel our work.

We work closely with land managers, West Cycle, and local mountain bike clubs to give our members the best experiences. And, your membership will allow for great discounts at selected local bike stores and participating sponsors.

Social rides

Join us for a Social Ride!

There are regular weekend and night rides, as well as junior and social rides every month. You’ll need to be a KMBC member to attend (you can easily sign up on the day). We’re all in this together; rides are open to all abilities and no rider will be left behind. If you’re keen for a night ride, just make sure you’re confident riding the trails during the day.

Adult Membership

Individual membership for adult riders and volunteers.
All membership fees go back to maintaining the trails and expanding the network.

$20 annually for an Adult Membership

Family Membership

For the families that ride together.
Get your kids experiencing the great trails we have and show them the benefits of putting back into the community.

$20 annually per Adult Membership, kids are free.

Individual Kids

Mum or Dad don’t ride but the kids love to shred, get them a membership to support the trails.

$5 annually for each Kids Membership
for those under 18

Insurance

KMBC recommends all of our members have riding insurance, because accidents can happen.

A Westcycle membership is recommended for recreational riders and riding families.

Trial Membership

Our social rides are a great way for new riders to experience the thrill of Mountain Biking. To join in on our social rides you need to be a member of KMBC. We offer a trial membership to those new riders testing the waters of riding off-road. The four week trial will let you join in on the social rides, after which we are sure you’ll become as obsessed with Mountain Biking as we are.
